Features of HB series welding positioner:

Product Description
1. Rotary table movement:
1.1. The table can be rotated in any direction within the plane of its own. With the control button on the electric box, it can realize the functions of forward, reverse, forward and reverse jog and stop.
1.2. Rotating mechanism of the transmission process: rotary motor → double reduction gear → pinion → rotary support → table rotation, due to the use of worm gear reducer, with self-locking function; that is, when the tilt table, the load eccentric If it is greater than the specified range, the table does not automatically rotate. The load eccentricity is limited by the magnitude of the load.
2. The tilting movement of the table:
2.1. The table can be tilted 0 ~ 1200 movement, can be anywhere in this range to stop or exercise, the motor using the brake motor, with the ability to self-locking in the process of turning in the rated load range table does not own Tilt movement; Tilt limit position by the limit switch control.
2.2. The working table turning drive is brake motor → two-stage cycloid reducer → two-stage gear drive → table turning movement, turning speed is 0.20r / min; load center is from worktable height and is limited by load size.
2.3. Welding current conduction:
